RHS Chelsea Flower Show in May

The Royal Horticultural Society holds the famous Chelsea Flower Show in the grounds of the Royal Hospital annually in late May. The Show is very popular and as tickets are strictly non-transferable you should buy them only through the official RHS website:

In early July the RHS holds a major Flower Show at Hampton Court.

National Army Museum ½ mile

Carlyle's House NT by bus then ¼ mile

In a quiet residential area of London, this Queen Anne house was the home of the writer and historian Thomas Carlyle. The Victorian period decor, furniture, pictures and books are all still in place. Tel. 020 7352 7087.
