Public transport in Suffolk: www.suffolkonboard.com
A wetland nature reserve beside the River Orwell created to compensate for the loss
of Fagbury mudflats when the Port of Felixstowe was expanded. It is used by many
birds including ducks, geese and waders, as well as dragonflies. Bird-watching hides.
Open see website for Visitor Centre, Nature Reserve open at all times.

The route to the Reserve is entirely along surfaced tracks and paths.
The large Port of Felixstowe is hidden by a thick belt of woodland but a short (½ mile)
diversion takes you to a viewpoint at Fagbury Cliff overlooking the Port.
