Morwellham Quay by bus then 1 mile

An award-winning living history museum and part of a World Heritage site. The historic port on the River Tamar features a Victorian village, copper mine, narrow-gauge mine railway, pottery, farm animals, nature reserve and woodland walks. Costumes to try on. Children's play area. Ship Inn Restaurant and tearoom.

Bus 87/87A from Pounds Park Road (½ mile from station) to Morwellham Quay turning at crossroads along a straight stretch of road, there is no marked bus stop, watch for the Morwellham Quay signpost (if missed, alight Rock Cottage a little further on, also with a signpost). Then 1 mile walk (1¼ miles from Rock Cottage) downhill, allow extra time to walk uphill on the way back. M-S every 1-1½ hours, 10 minutes journey. Some return journeys continue to the station. Operated by Stagecoach.
