Marlow is an attractive Georgian market town on the River Thames with an elegant 19th century suspension bridge over the river. There are pleasant walks along the Thames Path, ½ mile from the station. Marlow Regatta and Festival takes place in June.

Marlow is in the Chilterns AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), a range of chalk hills north-west of London. The area is popular for walking with beautiful countryside, great views and picturesque villages.

Marlow Museum ½ mile

A small museum of local history with changing exhibitions covering topics such as famous people from Marlow and local industries including brewing, lace-making and boat-building. Admission free.
