Hen Reedbeds Nature Reserve by bus

This reserve was created in 1999 to compensate for loss of reedbed habitat elsewhere along the Suffolk coast due to rising sea levels. Birds such as bittern and marsh harrier breed on the reserve. Viewing platforms and hides. Suffolk Wildlife Trust tel. 01473 890089.
