The remote station of Berney Arms was named after the local pub (now closed). There is no access by road.
The Weavers' Way LDP passes Berney Arms station and you can follow this path along the northern edge of
Breydon Water to Great Yarmouth (5½ miles station to station). The good views across the mudflats of
Breydon Water provide ample opportunity for bird-watching.
Berney Arms has a limited train service with more trains on Sunday .

Berney Arms Windmill EH ¼ mile
One of the best and largest remaining marsh mills in Norfolk, it was in use until 1951.
Open closed for restoration work.

Berney Marshes Reserve RSPB ½ mile
Interpretation area, short nature trail and viewing screen overlooking the marshes. Admission free.
Open at all times.
