The North Downs Way National Trail is ¾ mile from Cuxton station where it passes through Ranscombe Farm Reserve.
A large nature reserve of arable farmland, ancient woodland and chalk grassland.
There are good views of the surrounding countryside.
Maps showing the full extent of the Reserve and suggested walks are available from the website.
Ranscombe Farm has been an important site for wildflowers, including the rare Meadow Clary, for hundreds of years.
It remains a working farm today so please respect the crops and livestock, keeping to the marked paths.
Open at all times but visit in spring or summer to see wildflowers.

Parts of Ranscombe Farm Reserve can be seen from trains between Sole Street
and Rochester but this is a different route from Cuxton.
