Norsey Wood is ancient coppiced sweet chestnut, oak and hornbeam woodland with alder carr in its wet valleys. The varied habitats
of this managed woodland provide homes for a wide variety of wildlife including rare species such as dormice. Download a Nature Trail leaflet from the
council website. The Visitor Centre is ¾ mile from the Deerbank Road pedestrian entrance, simply follow the main path.
Toilets and picnic area at Visitor Centre. Admission free.
